Tuesday we told you about police in Thunderbolt, Georgia finding a woman's body in the Wilmington River on Monday night.
A preliminary autopsy indicated that it is indeed Cindy Lynch who was reported missing a couple of weeks ago.
She was last seen around 11 p.m. in mid January in the parking lot of the Thunderbolt Marina where she and her husband lived on their yacht.
Divers pulled the body out of the water about 30 yards from the yacht last night.
The preliminary autopsy shows that Lynch's death probably resulted from an accidental fall.
Further tests will be needed to rule out foul play.
