Bay County Sheriff's investigators arrested a student from Arnold High School in connection with last month's incident involving an overdose of prescription pills by several students at the school.
The 15-year-old is charged with possession of a legend drug with intent to deliver.
Investigators believe the teenager brought a bottle of prescription pain pills from home to school and gave them to several friends.
The students had to be transported to area hospitals after they became disoriented and unresponsive.
