A mobile home owned by a single mother in Northwest Florida was destroyed in a fire.
Monday, just after seven o'clock, flames engulfed the two-bedroom structure located along Holmes County Highway 179 in the Gritney Community.
Melissa Taylor along with her children, ages 3 and 6, were able to escape the burning structure.
Taylor’s mother, Sue, helped get her grandchildren to safety.
An account has been set up to help Melissa Taylor and her children. The family lost everything, and they do not have insurance.
The account is at the Bank of Bonifay, P.O. Box 65, Bonifay, Florida 32425.
