A Dothan woman who allegedly confessed to killing her boyfriend has been indicted for murder by a Houston County grand jury.
Police say Laurie Copelin has already admitted to fatally stabbing 42-year-old Jerome Reeves of Headland at a Dothan motel.
If convicted, her sentence could range from 10 years to life in prison.
Copelin was arrested in September, soon after Reeves was found lying outside a motel room.
He was later pronounced dead at a Dothan hospital.
Copelin is currently free on a 75 thousand dollar bond.
A trial date has not been set.
