In Ozark a "no smoking ordinance” at restaurants could change the way people dine.
If passed, the ordinance would force each of Ozark’s 41 restaurants to become all-smoking or all non-smoking establishments.
The Ozark City Council has been wrestling with this issue for more than a year, ever since Dothan put it's “no smoking ordinance” for restaurants in effect this time last year.
The issue will be brought up at Ozark’s City Council meeting January 4th, with a public hearing to follow.
A vote could come as soon as January 18th.
