There has been another air ambulance crash, less than a week after one went down in South Walton County killing all three aboard. This one was in California Sunday.
The plane went down near the U.S. and Mexico border.
It’s reported the accident occurred shortly after the plane left a small San Diego airfield on its way to Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The plane's two pilots, two paramedics and a nurse are dead.
Med Flight Air Ambulance CEO, Larry Levy, said the crew was returning to New Mexico after dropping off a patient in San Diego.
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the crash.
