Forty-three-year-old Jack Randall Webb of Ringgold, Georgia and Fort Walton Beach, Florida was taken into custody without incident Thursday.
He was arrested at the Okaloosa Island Conference Center construction site, where he worked with a day-labor crew.
In Georgia, Webb was named in a murder warrant in connection with the March 29 shooting death of a Georgia woman.
Webb was also served with an Okaloosa County warrant for violation of probation from earlier misdemeanor charges involving retail theft.
