A legal dispute over a Midland City election returns to court this week and the plaintiff continues to build his case.
Virgil Skipper challenged the outcome after he lost the mayor's race to incumbent Don Parker by just seven votes.
Skipper contends Parker bought votes and he has affidavits from voters who claim they sold their votes to the mayor.
In fact, Skipper is still gathering affidavits and he says anyone who testifies that they sold their vote will not be prosecuted as long as they tell the truth.
The next hearing in the case is set for this afternoon at the Dale County Courthouse in Ozark.
