There is no word on the cause of a weekend fire that destroyed a long-time Marianna business.
Early Saturday morning, firefighters arrived to find the Southern States farm supply store on Pierce Street fully engulfed in flames.
Crews worked to keep the fire from spreading to nearby structures.
With a substantial amount of pesticides and herbicides in the building, a hazardous materials team was called in to determine the safest way to fight the fire.
A company spokesman says a portable building will be brought in to keep the business open.
