Thirty-one-year-old Tony Evans, who is an accused killer, is now charged with raping and sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl.
The incidents allegedly happened earlier this month. Police said the child knew Evans, but waited until last Friday to confide in school officials.
Evans' bond has been set at $1.25 million.
