A reward is now being offered in a Northwest Florida murder case. The body of 25-year-old Manuel Ruiz was found two months ago on a Walton County dirt road off Highway 3280.
The Mexican national had been shot to death.
Ruiz arrived in Freeport sometime in August. Now, police are trying to locate any family, friends or co-workers.
