An armed "hold-up" has Geneva County authorities looking for the suspect.
Around 6:30 Monday night, a man walked into the Fadette Convenience Store.
The suspect pulled out a handgun demanding cash from the register. After taking an undisclosed amount of money, the clerk reports the robber took off on foot.
The business is located at the intersection of Geneva County Roads 103 and 49, about seven-miles South of Slocomb.
The robber is described as a white male with a dark complexion. He’s about five-foot-five and was wearing a cap with the visor covering his eyes and a portion of his face.
