The Bonifay city council has advised Doctor's Memorial Hospital that it can expect to pay out-of-pocket impact fees.
A new, multi-million dollar facility is being built at the Interstate-10 and Highway 79 interchange.
Water and sewer lines must be extended to the site.
Initially, projected costs were at $100,000, but through a grant the expense has been reduced to $35,000.
The new health care facility is expected to be ready for occupancy by early next year.
It'll replace the current Doctor's Memorial which was built in the 1950's.
