A nearly nine hour long manhunt ended over the weekend after an arrest.
26-year-old Christopher Rivers was a wanted fugitive in both Florida and Alabama.
On Saturday, the Walton County Sheriff's office made the arrest.
Rivers took off in his vehicle to Elude police when he was shot by an officer in the hand.
Rivers was trying to run the officers over.
He is facing a list of charges.
Rivers is charged with three counts of attempted murder, one count of fleeing and eluding, one count of giving a false name to law enforcement, one count of escape, and one count of criminal mischief.
He will also be charged with several traffic violations in connection with the pursuit.
