The ex-girlfriend of the man convicted of killing four men at a Blockbuster video store was extradited to Georgia Thursday to face armed robbery and murder charges.
45-year-old Tina Marie Duke, a Lafayette native, is charged in the May tenth 2002, shooting death of Travis Richardson of Bowden, Georgia.
She had been in the Talladega County jail since May 2002, when she was arrested for robbing a convenience store, said Chief Investigator Lieutenant Mike Hubbard.
Prosecutors say Richardson's slaying began a two-state crime spree committed by Duke and her then-boyfriend, Donald Ray Wheat.
