Houston County Hit and Run

Authorities said 61-year-old Henry Anderson was involved in a hit-and-run accident Sunday on Pansey Road.

When officers caught up with Anderson at his home in Gordon, the man reportedly jumped in a tractor and began driving in circles.

Authorities had to shoot out the tires and break into the enclosed cab of the tractor to arrest Anderson.

Gordon Police and Alabama State Troopers also assisted in the case.
