President Bush is calling an alleged 9-11 plotter who was captured in Pakistan "just another killer."
And he's thanking Pakistan for helping bring the suspect to justice.
Pakistani sources report that Ramzi Binalshibh, who was captured in a firefight last week, has now been turned over to U.S. authorities.
On a political swing through Iowa, Bush told a GOP fund-raiser that Binalshibh is one of thousands of foes that America and its allies have "gotten."
Others who were not captured were -- in Bush's words -- "gotten the ultimate way."
Officials said Binalshibh planned to be a 20th hijacker, but couldn't get a U.S. visa. So, instead he allegedly provided logistical support.
Earlier, at a factory in Davenport, Iowa, Bush said Binalshibh's capture shows America isn't letting up in the war on terror.
