A predawn house fire has killed two adults and three children in Florida.
Officials say firefighters had difficulty entering the house because its windows were covered with burglar bars and plywood storm shutters.
Authorities say the victims were related and apparently died of smoke inhalation. The flames never reached the bedroom where the bodies were found. The blaze began in the living room but officials don't know what caused it.
The fire took place in southern Miami-Dade County. Some residents have left up storm shutters because of the three hurricanes that have hit this year.
