John Kerry says President Bush "failed to level" with the U.N. about Iraq during his speech Tuesday.
Just a few hours after the president finished defending his decision to invade Iraq, Kerry told reporters, "The president needs to live in the world of reality, not in the world of fantasy spin."
He says Bush failed to give world leaders a true picture of what's happening in Iraq.
Kerry says that failure shows that the president "does not have the credibility to lead the world."
Kerry's remarks came as he answered questions from reporters at a news conference for the first time since early last month.
