A Dothan man is in jail accused of sex crimes involving a child.
Thirty-nine-year-old David Fisher is charged with first-degree sexual abuse. Fisher is accused of abusing his girlfriend's seven-year-old daughter. The incident allegedly happened at the mother's residence in late August.
Bond has been set at $10,000. Fisher faces up to five years in prison if he's convicted.
