Within the past two weeks the company has changed divisions and call centers.

Because of this some customers have had trouble ordering the game at home through their television.

Thursday afternoon Time Warner was able to get the game from their new division and allow people to order it.

“We do have the game available for purchase, it will be available, all you have to do is make a phone call then tell the customer service rep that you would like to purchase the Alabama pay-per-view game, their service code will be placed on your account and that is 29.95 for the event,” said Ramona Byrd with Time Warner.

If you would like to order the Auburn game you will also have to call Time Warner to order it.
