ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - The Florida mother charged with killing her
2-year-old daughter had $205,000 in a defense fund, but that money is gone.

How Casey Anthony's defense team spent the money came out
Thursday during a hearing in which she asked a judge to declare her indigent.

Anthony is charged with killing her daughter, Caylee, who
disappeared in June 2008. Casey Anthony has pleaded not guilty.

The judge didn't immediately rule.

Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, told the judge that $200,000 came
from the ABC television network, and another $5,000 came from an anonymous donor.

ABC spokeswoman Cathie Levine says the money was used to acquire photos and video, and that the deal was made in August 2008 before Anthony was charged with murder.
