BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (AP) - A judge has agreed to postpone the divorce trial of a South Florida woman accused of hiring an
undercover police officer to kill her husband.

A Palm Beach County judge granted a request on Wednesday by the husband, Michael Dippolito. His attorney said they asked for the stay after prosecutors told them that the divorce evidence-gathering was interfering with the criminal case against 27-year-old Dalia Dippolito.

The wife was charged last August with solicitation to commit first-degree murder. Authorities say she gave an informant pictures of her husband and $1,200 for a hit man to buy a handgun. She also
offered to create an alibi for herself and detailed her husband's daily schedule.

The couple had been married for six months when the wife was
charged.
