North Carolina Prison Escapee Sought in Bay County
The Bay County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who escaped from a prison in Greensboro, North Carolina on March 14.

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who escaped from a prison in Greensboro, North Carolina on March 14, 2009.
Billy Michael Sutton was last see earlier Wednesday, in the parking lot of the Panama City Mall. Sutton fled from BCSO Warrants deputies as they attempted to take him into custody.
Sutton was convicted of Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and was serving his sentence in a Guilford County, North Carolina facility when he escaped.
Sutton was driving a silver 2005 Mercury Sable, North Carolina tag YPK8753. Anyone with information on the location of Billy Michael Sutton is asked the call the Bay County Sheriff’s Office at 747-4700 or CrimeStoppers at 785-TIPS.
