LOS ANGELES – It looks like TLC is erasing LA Ink.
The network announced Thursday that this season will be the last for the reality show centered on tattoo artist, Kat Von D. LA Ink survived four seasons.
This latest blow just adds to the down year for Von D, 29. Months ago her fiancé, bad boy Jesse James, called off their engagement. James, who gained notorious fame for cheating on actress and ex-wife, Sandra Bullock, ditched Von D days before the fourth season of her show went on air.
The series finale will air September 15th at 10:00 p.m. on TLC.
This is the second cancellation announcement from TLC in a week. On Monday the network confirmed that Kate Gosselin’s reality show, Kate Plus 8, will not be renewed for another season.
