Looking for an escape to the pre-historic times? You will have that opportunity this weekend.
The “Discover the Dinosaurs” festival will be held at the National Peanut Festival this Saturday and Sunday.
Dothan is the third stop during a six-month tour throughout the country. This will be a family event where Wiregrass residents can really learn more about the time when dinosaurs ruled the Earth.
"It's very educational and then on our other side of our exhibit we have a more fun area were we have inflatable’s, bouncies, mini-golf, face painting, a mining area to give them a more fun after they have learned something out of the exhibit part," said Tracy Beasley, the show manager.
Exhibit runs Saturday January 18th 9am-9pm, and Sunday January 19th 10-7
