LOS ANGELES (AP) - Toni Braxton has been bounced from "Dancing
With the Stars.
" The singer and her pro dance partner Alec Mazo were given the boot from the ABC show last night after getting a score of 22 out of 30 from the show's judges during Monday's performance.
That, combined with viewer vote totals, wasn't enough to keep her in the competition.
Braxton's appearance on the show comes as she's dealing with her latest health issue, a diagnosis of coronary microvascular angina, which affects the flow of blood to her heart.
She says her goal in taking on the dance competition was
"to breathe better."
She also says she's accomplished that goal.
