Two Arrested in Seperate Credit Card Fraud Cases

Dothan Police have made two fraudulent credit card arrests.

The first arrest was on Oct. 3. Police say Daniel Fleming, 49, attempted to use another person's debit card at the Kangaroo Gas Station.

Fleming was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card. His bond was set at $15,000.

The second arrest was from Tuesday, Oct. 8. Police say James Carnes, 19, found a lost debit card and use it to make purchases from several businesses.

Carnes has been charged with two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. His bond has been set at $5,000.
