According to an incident report, Moore tossed a red bag belonging to 21-year-old Ancelmo Avilez Diaz onto the ground. When the bag hit the concrete, a two-shot 9 mm Cobra pistol that was inside fired.
The bullet when through Moore's left leg and grazed her right leg. Her friends tended to her until medics arrived.
