Police investigating the death of actor Philips Seymour Hoffman have found close to 50 envelopes of heroin in his Manhattan apartment, according to multiple law enforcement sources.
The 46-year-old Oscar-winning actor was found dead on Sunday, Feb. 2 on his bathroom floor with a syringe in his left arm.
Last year, Hoffman told TMZ that he checked into rehab facility for a drug relapse after kicking the habit for 23-years. An autopsy for the actor is scheduled for Monday.
