Orange Juice Consumption on the Decline

According to the Wall Street Journal, orange juice isn’t as popular as it used to be. Infact, orange juice consumption is at a 15-year low.

The newspaper cites a report from the Florida Department of Citrus. High prices are partly to blame, a gallon of juice will run about $6 compared to just over $4 ten years ago.

People are also trading in orange juice for more exotic fruit juices like pomegranate and energy drinks.
