A Texas man believed to be the oldest living American World War II veteran got a special honor this Veterans Day.
Richard Overaton, 107, had breakfast with President Obama and Vice President Biden before the annual wreath-laying ceremony at the wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery.
During the ceremony, President Obama spoke a few words about Overton’s service in the war.
