National School Lunch Week

Lunchrooms that serve healthy menus are being honored during National School Lunch Week.

The new changes include less sodium, portion control and less processed foods.

Alabama State Education Officials say the changes help students eat and lead healthier life-styles. Local high schooler’s say the change is good and bad.
