Landmark Park was filled with students today for their cane grinding day.
Students got a chance to learn how things were done in the late 1800’s and 1900’s, including how to wash clothes and even how farming was done without modern day equipment.
Students agree, although they had lots of fun with all the activities it is important that they took something educational away too.
Landmark Park will also be hosting its annual Wiregrass Heritage Festival tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
