Can Stress be Good for you?

You have probably heard the saying, what doesn’t kill you makes your stronger. Well, turns out, that can be true about stress.

Experts say stress may be good for your health because it can build up resilience. Being exposed to stress when you are young sets you up to manage stress better later in life. It can also help you remember, however, releasing cortisol in your body can also kick your immune system into high gear.

Additionally, doctors say having a little stress before getting a vaccine can provide better reaction to the medicine.
