In the book “Caffeinated”, the author explained how it doesn't take much to become dependent on caffeine -- as little as 100 milligrams a day
That means, three cokes or two bags of Lipton tea a day are enough to get you hooked. You may even feel withdrawal symptoms if you try to give it up too quickly.
If you want to cut back on caffeine, maybe don't go "cold turkey" or in this case, "cold coffee".
