Apple is teaming up with a new type of company to help continue to bring music to people's ears, literally.
The technology giant and Danish hearing-aid company, G-N Resound, have developed a new hearing aid that's compatible with the i-phone, i-pad and i-pod touch. It's called ‘Linx’.
The device syncs wirelessly with the newest apple mobile devices, meaning phone calls, facetime chats, music, movies and turn-by-turn navigation can be streamed directly to the small earpiece.
Since the hearing aids are medical devices, they won't be available at your local Apple store.
Instead people will have to visit an audiologist. The devices will run about $3,000.
