Captured by Jonty Wilson in the north of England and uploaded to social media on Tuesday (October 17), it shows how the natural world can sometimes turn itself on its head.

The waterfall is in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, home to some of England's most breathtaking scenery.

Storm Ophelia swept across the British Isles on Monday (October 16) and Tuesday (October 17) causing substantial damage and killing three people in Ireland.
