According to CareerBuilder's annual Valentine's Day survey, 36% of workers reported dating a co-worker.
That's down from 41% last year and 40% in 2008.
CareerBuilder says the current climate around sexual harassment could be a factor, driving down the number of workers dating co-workers.
For those who chose to date a co-worker, CareerBuilder suggests setting ground rules to help remain professional in the office, and keeping the relationship details private.
