Snow, Biting Winds in North Dakota

FARGO, N.D. (WTVY) – In video from CBS affiliate KXJB-LD, snow could be seen falling in Fargo, North Dakota Thursday night.

According to the National Weather Service, the Hector International Airport in Fargo reported snow throughout most of Thursday.

At one point late in the day, sustained winds of 38 miles per hour and a wind gust of 51 were reported. That made a real temperature of 32 feel like 16 thanks to the wind chill factor.
