Hiroyuki Hisakata takes pictures of cats that look like they're kung fu fighting.

He dangles a cat toy on a fishing rod to get the cats into their martial arts poses.

He published the pictures in a book called "Stray Cat Kung Fu", which became a huge hit in January.

The pictures have also become a social media sensation.

Hisakata is so dedicated to his craft, he says he shoots two to three thousand photos a day.

Of those, he says he gets only two or three usable shots.
