Crews still working to restore power in the Wiregrass

DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) As of Monday night several thousand people are still without power.

Alabama Power reports that 13,000 of their customers in the Phenix City and Eufaula areas have a power outage.

Pea River Electric Cooperative says that 700 of their customers are still without power.

These outages are primarily in Barbour and Henry counties.

They originally had around 3,700 outages.

Pea River Electric Cooperative, based out of Ozark, serves Dale, Barbour, and Henry counties.

Wiregrass Electric and Dothan Utilities have restored power to their customers.

If you are still without power and don't have damage that you know about, you are urged to call your service provider.
