Quderius Ramon Robinson faces a murder charge in the death of 30-year Alicia Kelly. Officers found Kelly’s body in the bathtub of her Johnson Homes apartment. She had been strangled.

“He was a suspect early on and DNA tests gave us the evidence we need to charge him with Kelly’s murder,” Dothan Police Investigator Curtis Stephens said.

Robinson, 23, is in prison on parole violations and awaiting trial for rape, sodomy and other charges related to two home invasions that occurred several months after Kelly’s murder.
