Georgia state employees, teachers to see 4% insurance rate increase

GEORGIA -- (WTVY) The State Department of Community Health approved rates for the $3 billion state health benefit plan.
The rate change depends on the type of plan those in it are enrolled in.
Retirees will be hit hard; they haven't received cost-of-living increases in about a decade.
DCH officials say deductibles and co-pays will not go up.
