ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WTVY) — The city of Enterprise is asking for the public's input on improvements to the water system.
The water department will present the issues and the financial situation at a public meeting.
Alan Mahan, the water field supervisor says the water pipes need replacing and a few wells need to be re-drilled.
These improvements will impact around 40,000 people.
Mahan says, "As I have always said, it is the public's water system and we are here to maintain it. As Enterprise continues to grow, we will see our system expand."
The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday night at 5:30 at Enterprise City Hall.
