Enterprise City Council appoints new City Clerk

ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WTVY) — The Enterprise City Council appointed Robert J. “Bob” Dean, Jr. as the new City Clerk/Treasurer for the City of Enterprise at their October 17th City Council Meeting.

Dean, an Army Veteran, is a seasoned public official who has managed the Public Works Department for the City of Anniston for the last eight years. That department is comprised of multiple sub-departments and comes with a large amount and a variety of responsibilities.
During his time as a public official, Dean has developed and overseen a multi-million dollar budget and has led over 90 employees during his time in Anniston.

Dean will officially begin his duties in November.

Mayor William E. Cooper and the Enterprise City Council want to officially welcome Bob Dean and his family to the “City of Progress”.
