Dothan (WTVY)-- A Dothan photographer is scheduled for sentencing in November on 179 Possession of Obscene Matter charges. Todd Wayne Fye, 47, pleaded guilty thus avoiding trial that was set Tuesday. He entered the guilty pleas last week.

Previous WTVY reports show Fye was owner of Fyetastics Studios. The company’s website and Facebook page are no longer active though Fye still has a personal Facebook page that hasn’t been updated since he was jailed.

When the arrests occurred, Houston County Sheriff’s Captain Bill Rafferty said the images of children in Fye’s possession didn’t appear related to his business.

He faces up to 1790 years in prison for the class C felonies.

Fye has been jailed since his arrest under bonds exceeding $2-million.
