COVINGTON CO. (WTVY) A community in Southern Covington County is mourning the loss of 16-year-old Pleasant Home School student Taylor Kelley.

Burnt grass off U.S. Highway 29 south of Andalusia indicates the fiery two vehicle crash late Sunday afternoon, which claimed three lives. Authorities say Kelley was "not" wearing a seat-belt and was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. In the second vehicle, driver, 56-year-old Robert Blocker, and his 43-year-old passenger, April Hayes, both of Robertsdale were killed. The lone survivor was an unnamed passenger in Kelley's pick-up truck. She was transported to an area hospital and then flown to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola. Her condition has not been released.
