Bryan, Bonnie A. Bruner

Bonnie A. Bruner Bryan, a resident of Dothan, died Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at her residence. She was 75.

Memorial services for Mrs. Bryan will be held at 11 AM Saturday, December 14, 2013 at Cloverdale Baptist Church with Reverend Steve Skidmore officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 10 AM prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Cloverdale Baptist Church Building Fund or Covenant Hospice.

Mrs. Bryan was born June 11, 1938 in Wewahitchka, Florida to the late George and Hester Mae Morris Armstrong. She was a graduate of Wewahitchka High School and worked as a front desk chiropractic assistant at Carnes Chiropractic & Wellness Center. Mrs. Bryan was a faithful and active member of Cloverdale Baptist and enjoyed travelling, quilting and sewing.

Mrs. Bryan is preceded in death by the father of her daughter, Edwin Bruner; daughter, Wanda DeTravlo and a sister, Roxie Roney.

Survivors include her husband, Johnny Bryan; children, Brent Bryan, Leslie Liebetrau; son in law, Andre DeTravlo; grandchildren, Sofia, Alexander and Kyriakos DeTravlo, Shelley and Bryan Liebetrau; sisters, Glinda Duke (Bobby), Margie Martinez (Jimmy); brothers, Vernell Armstrong (Maryann), Jimmy Armstrong.

The family wishes to thank the staff and nurses of Covenant Hospice for their love and care of Mrs. Bryan during this time.
