Marcella Lee Felch, a resident of Madrid, died Thursday, April 18, at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. She was 73.
Funeral service for Felch will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 22 at Madrid Assembly of God with Reverend Jerry Harden officiating. Burial will follow in Madrid City Cemetery with Southern Heritage directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
Felch was born on Sept. 24 to the late Dotie and Bessie Gavin Lee. She was a graduate of Campbellton High School and has resided in Madrid since 1970. Felch was employed in Central Supply at Southeast Alabama Medical Center and enjoyed spending time at the Senior Center in Madrid.
Felch is preceded by three children, Kimberly M. Gantt, Tina Sanders, Daryl Gantt; sister, Patricia Long and a brother, Oscar Lee.
Survivors include a daughter, Wanda Ward, Dothan; four grandchildren; four step grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; two sisters, Sue and Wallace Chumney, Madrid, Mable Robinson, Columbia, SC; brother, Rudolph and Pauline Lee, Birmingham; special friend, Bobby Tucker and several nieces and nephews.
